PRICE MATCH POLICY

GCI will match the price (total order amount including shipping) of any legitimate competitor on any item we carry subject to the following limitations:

Identical - The item must be identical.
Single Use - Discounts issued cannot be used with a price match.
Legitimate company - The competitor should have a physical address (no PO box) on their website as well as be listed with the Underwriters Laboratories (www.ul.com).
Criteria - GCI does not match prices from physical stores as our focus is to provide the best prices amongst all Internet competitors.
Authorized Dealer - The competitor must be authorized to sell the product by the manufacturer and the product must come with the full manufacturers warranty. This guarantee must be stated on the competitors website in an easy to find location.
Normal price - The price must be the competitors everyday price. GCI will not match prices on sale items, overstock, or clearance items.
Shipping - The shipping rates must be upfront and easy to find. GCI will not match prices with companies that do not provide upfront shipping rates.
New Item with Complete Package - The product must be new and include all parts in the standard product package by the manufacturer.
Stock - The product must be in stock and available for immediate shipment by the competitor. We regret we cannot match prices on products backordered or not available for immediate shipment by the competitor.

GCI does not match prices after an order has been placed, in all match price circumstances, the lower price has to be quoted before the customer makes the order. After an order has been placed, we will not entertain any requests for match prices. We reserve the right to verify the competitor's prices and availability before we confirm the final price.
